"Face-to-face" has taken on a new meaning around the world since 2020. Few had dreamed that a video conference could be classified as face-to-face, but in today's world of home office, remote, work, hybrid, and in-office, face-to-face is beginning to mean "I can see your face".
What started out 20 years ago as "in a conference room, as a group, face-to-face" sessions has evolved into the digital space. Innovative Management Tools dedicated 6 months to convert the 30 "kits" into interactive whiteboard experiences, now referred to as Conversation Frameworks in the space we like to call Conversation Management. We shy away from the generic label of "Change Management" because that seems too broad and all-encompassing.
