Our Mission
For many years, IMT has had a goal of democratizing the change management tool set.
With digital versions of the tools, we hope to advance that goal over the next five years.
Whether a solopreneur, small, medium, or large company; profit or non-profit; or a products or professional services company; all organizations have three common denominators: People, Processes, and Planning.
At IMT we don't feel that only the largest, wealthiest companies should be privy to effective tools to guide change and success. To that point, IMT offers the digital tools for lifetime, unlimited usage after facilitator training. Curious to learn more? Check out the Pricing information section of this website.

Our Story
Innovative Management Tools (IMT) was established in 2003, evolving over 20 years of constant change and numerous milestones. Initially, it was aimed at crafting survival tools for solving problems in my projects. This modest beginning gradually transformed into a dream - the dream of building a company that could enable organizations to navigate their challenges and embrace change. Our initial focus on middle management soon expanded to include tools designed for the organization as a whole and the individual employee.
In 2012, IMT delved into a problem-solving sales transformation project. While it seemed to deviate from our core change management focus, it was indeed aligned, as both areas concentrate on solving problems for customers. This exploration paved the way to merge brain science, sales, and change management into a holistic approach.
The onset of the global pandemic in 2020 presented an unexpected opportunity. We embarked on a fascinating journey of studying neuroscience and integrating its principles with our existing focus areas. This amalgamation gave birth to a comprehensive book on Problem-Solving Selling that harmoniously combines process, brain science, coaching, storytelling, trust-building, and the buying process.
By late 2022, as the world gradually emerged from the pandemic, advancements in remote tools technology allowed us to digitalize our change management tools, originally developed over 15 years ago. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, IMT now stands at the convergence of digital change management tools, problem-solving sales processes, and the powerful insights of neuroscience.
